For the music portion, I understood later why the music was to be created in a specific way & that was because the music had to be done so no one would fall asleep while following the meditation conductor. Most people when they listen to a meditation cd, unintentionally they concentrate on the music which puts them into a relaxation mode. Most of the time, the meditation cd also puts them to sleep. Therefore the lyrics part of the guided meditation cd has been lost & replaced by the music. The music that is on our meditation cd has been created to keep the focus on the conductor's voice & allow staying awake & focusing. How Music Can Change Your EmotionsYou probably know that music intensifies your emotions & if you do not know then you just felt it but did not connect the dots. So we will talk briefly about "emotions & music". Music has many levels of vibrations. One of those vibrations can change your attitude towards us & others. Now for meditation it is the same type of trigger that will happen but these people are compelled to see their higher self evolve. The lower the vibration i.e. heavy metal the lower the vibration. To increase your vibration you need to be in a surrounding place of unity with the whole universe. Now you can use music to help increase your vibration. When your vibration starts to increase then the meditation will help balance your life & one will see things differently. When we combine music & guided meditation we can increase this vibration very high & we are now on our path of enlightenment.
